This series of products is specially designed for lifting medium and thick steel plates. The magnetic circuit design is unique. It is suitable for medium and heavy plate factories, shipyards, and machinery manufacturers. Users can choose single sheet series (300 type) and less sheets according to their own requirements. The number series (350 type), the multiple number series (400 type), the less number type and the more number type can be controlled by the magnetic adjustment method, which can ensure that one or more steel plates are lifted and single-sheet unloading, due to the long steel plate It is easy to bend and deform during transportation, so multiple electromagnets should be used in combination. For long and medium thick plates (6mm-32mm), the distance between electromagnets should be more than 3-4m, and the length of the overhanging part at both ends can be less than or equal to one-half of the distance. The bending and deformation of the steel plate during operation will affect the safe handling. It should be noted that the length of the electromagnet and the corresponding parameter of the maximum handling width corresponding to the thickness of the steel plate should not be exceeded, especially when multiple steel plates are suspended.
