MW5 series lifting electromagnet/Electromagnetic chuck for lifting and transporting scrap steel
Overview:
Lifting electromagnetic chuck, also known as lifting electromagnet, electromagnetic jack, is mainly used in metallurgy, mining, machinery, transportation and other industries to lift magnetic materials such as steel. Its excitation method can be adopted: constant voltage method, strong magnetic method and over-excitation method.
1.Adopt special magnetic circuit design, with large air gap magnetic density. The coil is made of aluminum wire, and the coil protection plate is made of rolled high manganese steel plate with good wear resistance and strong impact resistance. Light weight, low energy consumption, heavy lifting capacity and long service life.
2.Reasonable insulation structure. The insulation treatment adopts vacuum drying and vacuum filling to improve the electrical and mechanical properties of the coil. The heat resistance grade of the insulating material can reach the special grade C.
3.The constant voltage control method is usually adopted. If the strong excitation control force method is used, the lifting capacity can be further improved.
4.Simple structure, safe and reliable, suitable for all kinds of lifting equipment.
